Question about wifi share!!!!!!!!

Ok i was reading somewhere that you can wifi tether your mogul internet share i have a htc advantage with no internet because both At&T and T-mobile sux in terms of speed and service but what i really need to know is how can you do this i i red some where of a program called wifiWMWifiRouter i tried to download but it seems ta be pulled off the site so what im wondering is there another way i can use my mogul for my htc advantage to connect to the net i seen it said i had to down load internet share but the mogul comes with it i downloaded this WMWifiRouter v0.3 place on phone it runs and starts internet share it say connected but when i turn the wifi on the avantage i dont see anything am i doing something wrong? help me out i just wanted to surf the web on my advantage thanks
