Mogul Been Taking a Dump on Me

For the Past week my mogul been taking a dump on me. It freezes everytime i recieve or make a phone call, when i send texts i cant see what im typing and sometimes it also freezes, when i slide up and down it freezes. I tried to set back the phone to factory settings but it still dosen't fix it. I contacted e care about exchanging my mogul for a touch but i dont believe they still do that for free? Or do they?
