Automatic flight mode ON/OFF problem with EVDO

I tested several programs to turn ON/OFF Flight Mode using
schedule ( Addin timer, Auto Flight) but they all create problem
with my EVDO connection

Flight mode kicks in 7PM and in the morning 7AM the phone is back ON
problem is that the EVDO connection doesn't work and I have to soft reset
to get it working again Any idea what could be the problem ?

If I turn it ON/OF using Comm manager it works fine.
