Is there a problem with USB charging the mogul

I have read a bunch of threads about the PACE or SPEED of charging, but none that exhibit the problem I am having.

On a USB port, the device is charging fine, but If I have the phone ON to begin with, when I remove it from the USB cord, the phone seems siezed up and ONLY a battery removal will revive it. And then reset.

This shouldn't be the case?

I agree. Definitely a Activesync problem. If it were a charging problem, it would happen with ANY charger... 5V+ is 5V+ no matter where you get it from.
