Does anybody have a way to remove the country id from the mogul just like in the Apache?

The reason I ask is because some applications like the new TouchFlo 2.0, is made for other then the US. If your country id is blank then it lets you run this application. I remember seeing this similar problem with the original HTC Streamer Player.
