More than just stuck at splash!!!

Ok say, so I'll do my best not to sound like a noob but, I'm a noob!

So I read as much as I could find on XDA and here on PPC, I bought a KAiser and flashed it with no problem. I bought my wife a xv6800 and I think I bricked it.

So I setup dcd_kitchen_1.6.9 I didnt add any OEMs or anything I just selected what options to use, applications, dialers ETC...it flashed fine, it was no problem. It even worked! LOL Then a week later she had to take a test and shut the phone down. "holding down the power button" When she turned it back on it was stuck at the verizon screen. I tried everything! I reloaded new ROMs they won't boot, I loaded roms via RRU via SD card still nothing. I re-locked the phone via RRU and by card, nothing. I tried loading the olipro 2.40 Bootloader thinking it was a bootloader issue didnt work.

Keep in mind I cannot use the TITAN unlocker normally because I cannot use active sync, it won't find it because its not starting, but the RRU find the device fine.

Now I did notice one thing, when I tried to flash the new bootloader it stil said SPL-1.20.olipro, even though I flashed using the RRU in the HARD-SPL-MFG package. I really have tried everything. I feel like its a bootloader problem, because the bootloader won't boot the roms I'm flashing, but I'm a noob and don't know any better. Any Ideas???? I'm probably gonna have to head back to the Verizon store a broken man, and hope I get a lazy person that doesn't check the boot loader.
