How do I create cab of reg tweaks?

I'm no cab expert, so i could be completely wrong with this.

from just opening a cab file with winrar, and looking at the xml file, it doesnt look like it would be too difficult to figure out how to get just the registry edits in there. Take a look at a cab file that has some reg edits in its xml
