6800 backlight issue after flashing new rom.
 

Ok.....I've flashed a 6800 from sprint to alltel and configured everything and it all works great w/ the exception of the backlight not working. When I turn off the backlight or if it times out on it's own, it won't come back on! The only way that I can get it working again is to do a soft reset......I've tried flashing the alltel rom file again and it didn't make a difference. The backlight worked fine when it had the sprint rom. Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this problem? Thanks in advance.

I had this issue right after I put DCD's verizon ROM on my xv6800. Once you have it on and working, I read somewhere that doing a hard reset right away would get rid of this issue, and it did for me..... Hope it helps you....

I am having the same issue with the backlite? I also now noticed when i try to do a hard rest it just put my HTC MOGUL 6800 to sleep (turns screen off) is there anyway to correct this problem?
