XV6800 wifi fix

Hey all,

Just bought an Ebay xv6800, received and the wifi no worky. Looked at the ad after, no returns. So I've been scouring the web looking for a fix. After about 5-6 different roms and 3 different radios, I decided this thing must have a hardware fault. 2 nights ago I took the blue cover that the battery cover attaches to off and popped the battery back in and wala! wifi! Since then I've reflashed to all the latest stuff, screwed it back together and the wifi dies. If I leave out the torx screw nearest the wifi switch, the wifi works.

Now I can't use the wifi and bluetooth together. If I turn on BT, the wifi disconnects. If I turn wifi on, BT cant find any new devices. Anyone familiar with this issue?
