What are you flashing from and to? What tells you Invalid Command and when does it say that?

Run the Titan relocker and run the stock rom from the bootloader screen. That worked for me. 3.16 is not ready enough yet, so I'm back to 2.17

Same here. It's too slow I don't travel enough to need the GPS. there's no Rev A in my area. I managed to buy a Treo 700wx off ebay. The Mogul locks up too often on Activesync especially when I get an email via my outlook web access acct.

I would imagine you should flash down to a official sprint rom (2.17/2.09) before you put in your favorite geeks Cooked rom.

I would like to go back to 2.17 as well. If my MSL was wiped when I upgraded will it still be wiped when I re-lock & go back to 2.17?

Yes it would. Plus you don't need to relock to go back to 2.17, just put the phone in bootloader and flash.
