Using DCD's custom ROM's from XDA Dev site. Need the bootloader, Radio and Rom.

Angel12 has posted up a rom running on verizon with stuff added:

Thanks for the Alltel ROM. I would like to test it but I'm afraid I'm very new at this. Can someone let me know if what I'm saying makes sense? It's my understanding that I need to run Hard-SPL-MFG.exe to unlock first, then install the new radio (titan_radio_3.27.00.exe???) and then install this custom ROM? If someone could post a small tutorial on how to do this or point me to one that would be great. Also do I have to write down my phone's info like the MSL, etc. first? Sorry for the stupid questions
