Remapping Buttons

Well I got my phone back after it had been not working correctly and I remembered on my previous phone that I had remapped the comm manager key to the flashlight app. I tried searching for the thread that tells how to remap the buttons but couldn't find it.

Anyone know where it went or how to remap the keys?
