Making a backup/image of my 6800?

Hi folks,

I have my xv6800 setup the way i want it... Is there a program or a way I can make an image of it for backup/restore purposes, kinda like Norton Ghost does for the PC??? So if I screw something up i can just do a restore back to my current setup?
