TITAN Card 4mat?

I'm pretty sure that there is a hidden file on my storage card because my media player givez me the old "unexpected error" when I try to open album or artist info from my storage card, but I can still play songz through the explorer.

I have the stock 512mb & haven't upgraded so I don't have a micro adapter 4 my pc...
I need to format this card.
