Check out some youtube videos of pointUI, and the palm sms is forbidden to discuss... but it is out there... darkness put up some good screenshots... It's your best option in my opinion!

Also, for pointui, the same guy does a review on it and when he clicks the phone it doesn't work, is that just with his phone? Will it work on Moguls?

I don't want to sound petty but you said "When you start the phone for the first time, after you go through the initial Windows Mobile Setup, a box with pop up stating that the phone is being customized. I said let it run then hard reset and skip customization. One Hard Reset.
