Stupid/complicated GPS mapping question

Hey guys, quick question..

I need a GPS mapping program that's free/cheap to download. I am leaving town tomorrow, and thought my dell nav system still worked, but unfortunately, I've lost the CD with the map I need, so I'm looking for other alternatives.

I need something that doesn't require internet access to work as well, because I'll be in areas without service for much of my trip (canyons, etc)...

Anyone got some help for me?
