You're either doing something wrong, have faulty hardware, or basing your experience solely on 2.16.
After I flashed the ROMS,I did not install any apps(not even a single one)just paired my BT headset, then put the phone in standby, waited about 20-30 mins, turned the phone back on,as i said earlier,80 % of the time,I found out that my BT headset was disconnected. Also,I don't beleive i have a faulty hardware, cause when i went back to the stock 2.09,i did not have this problem.

Many sales reps did misinform alot of people saying it was GPS capable. but lets be honest if you want quality info about high end electronics would you ask a sales person working on commission or a tech? As far as REV A from day one, it was advertised as REV A CAPABLE, kind of like the PPC6600 was EVDO capable (dont mean to open a can of worms) but there was never an update to make it so. All things considered I'm glad to see in black and white a (loosely) scheduled update to make REV A and GPS avail when the device has been out for less than a year. Trust me if I hear anything that I can actually verify I will gladly pass it along.
I am sorry, but you are wrong. They did in fact advertise it with GPS capabilities, not just E911 GPS. The business website had a whole demo about it for I believe the first 3 days they released it. I, of course, ordered it the first day to find out the website had been "updated" and that feature was no longer supported. Poor business.

I say there is still a problem with 2.17. Many others say the same. It's better, but not fixed.

no rom will ever be the master 'fixer' we're all looking for. In order to remain in business they (all businesses) need some carrot to dangle for the consumer... stop falling for the hype machine folks. notice the timing of the chatter about WM6.1 just in time for christmas season when your consumerist juices are at their peak. They plant the seed, let it grow for a while (say, 3 months wow just in time for CES) and then roll out an unfinished product with 'some' of the promises fulfilled... then WM7 will roll around and start the process over for a new generation...

They will never, NEVER deliver a 100% fully working-bugs-ironed out ROM, device, or product because it would not be beneficial to their business model.

Cell phone carriers are not in the business of selling phones, phones dont even account for 20% of their business, they sell subscriptions, calling plans and al a carte add on features.

I never get disappointed by the updates, rom revisions ect because i've lowered my expectations to what i know they can REALLY deliver: a decent network to make calls on, and decent handsets. I dont expect perfection in any step of the process, not in customer service, not in billing, not in upgrades, not in the phones they sell. Instead i make them compensate me for their short comings with service credits, discounts, and phone swaps.

This has been hotly contested in other threads.

After many requests, at this time nobody can manifest the evidence which supports your claim.

If you have other evidence please provide it here.

As you know, if you want to tell someone they are "Wrong" you need to provide some factual evidence which supports your perspective.

Take the Mogul and just throw it against the wall, my suggestion... Or wait till the updates are out and then watch it breathe in new life.

As for Bluetooth issues they have fixed all but one. And that is pairing multiple devices doesn’t work now. I have tried dog guys, dcd's, colonel, and jkdillard ROMs and I believe all are based off of 2.17 and I have tried sprints also and none work. I have even tried radio 1.40 and 1.47.01 in each rom and no matter what if I am running my headset (HT820) and my Bluetooth (Holux M-1200) either the headset will disconnect or the gps will. And I have checked on mine, my wife’s and 3 of my friends that have moguls. In 2.16 and earlier I could connect them both fine but either the Bluetooth would completely shut off or in the earlier ones the sound was horrible. If you know of a fix that will allow me to have multiple devices paired simultaneously please let me know because when I am at highway speeds I can't hear my phone without my stereo headset and now I can't run my GPS with the headset hooked up so I can either get turn by turn directions but have to hold the phone to see them coming up or I can have my headset and take calls but can't use my GPS. I consider this to be a pretty serious bug that they need to get fixed.

I just verified using ROM 2.17 with Radio 1.47.01 that i AM able to make a Bluetooth call and Sync at the same time.

I am currently running a stock ROM.

I am able to host 2 bluetooth connections on the PPC without issue.

I am testing for 3 as soon as i can figure out a 3rd device

NOTE - i am led to believe it may be an application conflict, please start from a core stock rom, add an app at a time and retest.

No, you'll never get a 100% fully working rom because that's an unreasonable expectation of a device that has to connect to 3rd party equipment, run 3rd party software, run in completely unmanged environments, and all the while doing so for such a wide range of customers that what's right for one person is half the time wrong for another.
