Noob Question

Hey guys, I am extremely sorry for the noob posting but...I have been trying to flash a ROM on my mogul for the last three days and just cant get it to work. once i start the RUU after placing the .nbh file it goes to the bootloader the progress stays at zero and i get an ERROR message. I have read every help post i could find and I think the next step is to throw my phone or head through the wall...please help. Again i am sorry for the dumb question that is probably in the wrong forum. I have just been from page to page....forum to forum and am feeling like this
