QUESTION ABOUT BIOTOUCH/TOUCHFLO/Cube

I had Touchflo installed on my Verizon 6800. I didnt use it much plus ive installed the HTC Home plugin to handle most if not all those tasks. I uninstalled it today and ive noticed that some touch scrolling functionality was added to the entire OS(webpages, dropdown boxes, etc). Now that ive uninstalled TouchFlo im noticing how convenient that paricular feature was. Is there any method of isolating that feature and installing it on my handset or is it bundled to the point where the only option is to install all the other stuff again?
