titan to android full help plz!

ok i just bought a titan of ebay and it has WM 6.1 and it has built in gps already and the radio version is 3.37.78 and rom is 3.57.605.2i have read to hack it to android but i have no idea how to... i havent activated it cause i wanna hack before i do. i have a 2gb micro sd card i just need a step by step process and links please. im using verizon to and have a new windows 7 laptop if that makes a difference
