Shortcut On Laptop For Bluetooth Connection

I was not sure where to post this, so I just figured I would try here. I find it very tedious to have to click on "Start", then "connect to", then "setup a connection or network", then "connect to a bluetooth PAN" every time I want to connect to the internet on my laptop via my phone. Does anyone know how to put a shortcut on the desktop for this? I have tried everything I could think of....
