Locking Certain Parts Of The Mogul

I searched around and couldnt find anything. Is there any way or app that you could lock certain things like Pictures, Camera, Games, etc. and have to put in a code to unlock them? I had this feature on another phone and wanted to know if you could do this on the mogul. Please Help.
