Help with sprint service

Hi, i need to turn off roaming and active sprint service.
But i can't do it because i should active from sprint first.
(Service Provider's tech told me that i must active some kind of codes from sprint)
Like i understand i must ask sprint to active it right?
If yes, can i contact sprint service via e-mail or VoIP?
Reason is: I can't call to sprint service. And can't active international calling too.
Please can any1 tell me more about sprint account active?
I don't understand things like this.
I need to use Sprint Service not roaming.
I'm having connection problems with roaming.
I'm at [1X] (don't know that helps)

Re: Help with sprint service

So you havent activated your phone yet is what I am gathering...

you need to dial *2
this will call a customer service rep who should be able to help you the rest of the way.

Re: Help with sprint service

Sorry but when i dial *2 operator tells me that it's "wrong number and try again".
I try to dial before, same thing.
Thats why i need to contact sprint via alternative ways.
So can i contact sprint via internet? (e-mail, VoIP...)

Is it possible that after flashing to new roms my phone will be re-activated?
I want to say if i flash new rom do i need to activate my phone again?

What about official roms?
If i upgrade my phone via official way, do i need to activate my phone too?
Or i must activate my if i flash with non-official ways?

Re: Help with sprint service

You can't call from your phone to activate it, even if you do get through they will yell at you and want to call you back from another phone. You have to physically program the phone yourself.

Call from another phone (or from VoIP) to activate.

You have to activate your phone no matter what rom you flash.

From your previous posts, I believe that you are attempting to use your device in a country other than the United States. You will not be able to access Sprint service in another country. This device will only work on a CDMA network. If your service provider uses CDMA, you might be able to set it up to work with that network. You will want to hard reset the device, then soft reset it when it says "Customizations will run in three seconds" or something like that. You can get the MSL (setup unlock code) by downloading the get-SPL program. Then your service provider will have to tell you how to program it.

I'm outside of United States
Today i went to my service provider, and you know what? They told me that i must pay 30$ for activating my phone. He told me that he will contact Sprint for activating my phone. Is it right? I mean is he telling the truth?

Many providers here in the US charge around $30 or $35 for activation. Again, verify that your provider is CDMA and go for it.

Re: Help with sprint service

I'm 100% sure that my service provider is "CDMA 1X 2000"
So what i must to do to make my phone work without roaming.
In some places I'm having not bad signal quality.
About 2-3 bars, but it was 6 or 7 (MAX) before i flash it.
What can be wrong and how to make this to work right?
