Data provisioning failing after ROM flash

So I just reflashed to 2.17 about an hour ago and I've been getting everything the way I like it, but I'm getting non-stop failures when trying to prepare Vision services. Eventually gives me a 1012 error.

Any ideas on what I can do about this?
