re install WM6?

sorry for the noob question but, is there a way to reinstall WM6? I tried installing spb pocket plus and spb shell and now my touchscreen does not work. I tried a hard reset and nothing. Also when WM boots there is a turquoise color on the top of the screen where its supposed to be all green. Any help is appreciated.
