This has been documented as an official bug for both the Sprint and Verizon versions of the 6800. As far as i've been able to research, the only fix is to disable confirmation. I know it sucks, but thats where we stand right now.

So has there been any discussion of trying to rip a piece or two from wm5 to fix msvc, as the wm6 kitchen was/is for the 6700? MSVC is something I would really like to work. Actually it would probably be better to attempt a cab of that fix, so when msvc 1.7 comes out - uninstall the fix and install msvc 1.7...

--- Also there is another thread here where someone with a pair of s9's can use confirmations when his headphones are intercepting all audio, and he presses the msvc button on the PHONE then it all works through his headphones. I tried using btToggle to do this with my jabra bt500v, but msvc steals the audio back to the phone. anyways just updating and trying for a more viable workaround...

and I "swear" that confirmation WAS working, BUT now it doesn't work any longer on my Mogul!

As a matter of fact, "invoking VC from my BT headset" also stopped working, BUT I "fixed" that by deleting my Cardo Scala 600 and pairing it again.

Does anyone have any idea how to "fix" the VC voice and volume because I AM having trouble understanding "her" :???:

I have the same prob;em with my 6800 with ROM 2.17. I hae so many post on here that says it has all been ironed out and if you just search you will find the answer. I have not found the answer. I sent my 1st mogul back and I have the same problem with the new mogul.
