o32 flags

So i am trying to figure out what the o32.flags setting means. i have the value 0xD000040 and have come up with 0x40 is compression but i can not get the D. the only reason i ask is because xipport will not recognize this value. the most i come up with is replacing it with 0x4000040 but i have no idea what effect this will have.

Did you ever find an answer to this? I am getting same issue with D0000040 when doing reloc P on a XIP.
