Phone button not working?
 

When I want to dial someone on my Mogul I have to press the call button sometimes 5-6 times, is this a common problem or is a hard reset in order?


Im talking about the green talk button on the left not one on the screen.

I am having the same issue....I thought it had to do with slide 2 unlock but i removed it and still having the issue

Is this from the contacts screen, the dialpad, or some other place?

i noticed this problem as well. I couldnt answer incoming phone calls. I have narrowed down the problem to either icontact or advancedconfig 1.1 not playing nice.

I sometimes cannot answer calls either, but I do not have icontact or advancecoding installed. I have had the problem with both the stock ROMs and COlonels new ROM

Its on the today screen for me but I don't have any of the above mentioned programs installed, I think I have SPB suite installed but to my knowledge it was happening before then also.

If you have several program open at once it may take a while for the phone app. to load, but if it's happenning consistantly even after a soft reset, you might want to take it in to Sprint (if you've got insurance) to get it fixed or a replacement. It could be that the physical button is not working correctly.

Try pressing it slightly harder than normal and see if it registers then.
