From the Treos to the Mogul
I've been using the Mogul for a couple weeks now and things have running relatively smoothly.
I have used both the 700p and 700wx in the past and there are a couple features and programs that I wish could be available for the Mogul. From the 700p I used a program called "Butler". Some of you may be familiar with it but to those that are not, it has a bunch of handy options and utilities but the most useful one was the 'one touch' option. The 'one touch' option gave you the ability to designate a 'letter' to a command and holding that letter would bring it up For example my 'q' was a speed dail contact, 'w' opened a new text msg for a specific contact, and 'e' was a web link, 'r' opened a new email msg, and so forth. Now from the 700wx, I like the layout of the today screen, with the speed dial and contact search. any suggestions? Thanks |
On my 700wx, you could press and hold the "ok" button to get the "Running Programs" list. I wish my 6800 did that! Other than that and having to slide to get to a keyboard, I love my Titan and am glad to be back in the PPC's (previously a 6700) from the Treo.

I also liked that feature.
So does anybody know of any software or hack to make this possibe? |
