Mogule Saga Continues

My USB Port on my 6700 was busted and I went into the Sprint Store in Orange, CT since the device was still under Factory warranty (Had 6 6700 devices due to various issues by the way) to get it serviced. They didn't have anymore 6700s in stock so they gave me a Mogule. My first impressions of the device was that it was cheaply made, and more in particular the back cover is almost as thin as a potatoe chip. I can see me breaking the shet out of that thing. Now I had heard about the Bluetooth issues and realized that it was a legitimate factory problem as stated in various forums. I tried to get a firmware upgrade only to discover that Sprint was encouraging consumers to flash back to the original ROM due to unexpected functionality issues, with a promise of a better ROM upgrade in early 08. Wtf? At this point I'm thinking this doesn't sound good at all given Sprint's history on issues like these. That was just the beginning. Here are the other functionality issues that I have experienced with my 11/2 week old Mogule:

- Phone soft key is not functional
- PIM info transfered from 6700 will not launch
(will appear in Pocket Breeze though)
- Will not allow access to Device Folder
(launches PIE instead to the default website "www.whoneedsaniphone.com)
- Wifi works occassionally (Tour continuosly states no connectivity)

In an attempt to resolve these various issues the following steps have been made:

- Soft Reset Device 12 times
- Hard Reset Device 5 times
- Sprint Reprogramed the Device 3 times.
- Called customer care about the Wifi issue only to have a Tech tell me
Sprint does not offer support for Wifi.

Many of these issues still remain. I have to go back in to have my device swaped out, but after reading these forums I know that they won't have any. So I am seriously thinking about having them order me another 6700.

My final thoughts is that as a consumer for my money patronizing with sprint I got royally f%#@ed up the a%s and then they shoved me into a pile of Sh#t, and marched me to the outskirts of the store's property and tossed me out on my a&s with the Mogule they gave me ramed up my A&s.

Don't believe a couple post claiming them to be out of stock, many stores have them in stock. I would exchange for a new one as majority of users do not experience that many problems, obviously excluding bt which atleast they are working on.
