new mogul phone

I just upgraded to a mogul from the 6700 and i am having a problem. When my phone goes into sleep mode i cant receive any texts or calls. After a lil bit it shuts off and i cant turn it on without a soft reset. Can anyone help me? I have read through the forums but did not find anything on this problem.

So you're saying that while sleeping it wont receive calls, but will wake up with a short press of the power button and receives calls fine? Are you sure it's sleeping and that you're not turning it all the way off?

Try a hard reset and if that doesn't work, exchange it.

Lots of people had this problem with the sprint stock rom. Its be discussed in many post I recommend if you kinda know what your doing try a custom rom from the ftp site..

no it will not wake up from sleep mode when a text or call comes in and i cant wake it up by pressing the power button.
