Data settings for Verizon? Error code 14?

My phone had a custom rom that was quite buggy to I followed the directions to reflash it to an OEM rom. It works perfectly.

Except for when I try to connect to the data line (#777) I get error Code 14: EVDO Network overflow (Something along those lines)
My phone makes and receives calls no problem but when I try to do *228 it says it is unsuccessful.

All my settings seem fine. Verizon was no help on the phone, they couldn't even my phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

do another hard reset and/or install a custom rom verizon carrier cab. Yes I know you are using the stock rom

Did a hard reset. Same problem.

It was able to get to google then it would not connect again.
Then it stopped sending text messages.

Did you load the ROM Carrier Cab for Verizon?

Do you have the problem even without installing any software. I wonder if you have 3rd party apps causing issues.

Try changing the PRL to a different version of verizon.
