Phone volume alway defaults to like 33%???

Anyone have the issue of the phones volume always going back to a really low setting? its retarted, makes me miss calls and texts and such...

Is there a reg key for what the vol settings are at? or what the defaults are?

ps... I dont think its an app doing it, unless its photocontacts pro...
Cause it was fine untill i installed that (or maybe a little before that it messed up, i dont remember)
