my xv6800 is currently doing the same exact thing. it is less likely to do it when plugged up but does it sometimes. any help would be appreciated.

There are a couple of things to tell the radio/rom/bootloader...
1.) Go to: Start/Settings/System/Device Information. Here you will see ROM version, Radio version and other settings. 2.) Enter bootloader. Do this by either running the attached file from your device or holding both the power and camera keys and then pressing the reset button next to the charging port. This will tell you your bootloader version. A soft reset or battery pull will be required to get out of bootloader. If you want to use the attached Enterbootloader.exe file, just save the file and then delete the .txt from the file name. |

Mine shuts off and sometimes reboots on its own also. I have found that the lower right hand corner of the slideout keyboard is loose and if you press or lift on this corner it will shut off or reboot.
