HTC Mogul Not Connecting to PC

Hello, I have a HTC Mogul and when I connect it to the PC, nothing happens, it won't read it at all, and when I try to connect using active sync, nothing happens, can someone help me, I even tried the USB to PC settings and unchecked the advanced network functionality, but nothing works, can someone please help me, thanks
