"External GPS" missing under connections

Hi everyone,

I have a small problem and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this. I flashed a new rom onto my phone, a dcd rom, and i have the newest gps radio on, i setup everything correctly, but I am missing the "external gps" settings under the connection settings. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.
