bluetooth or other software

Hi all I am wondering if anyone knows if bluetooth spy works on wm? cant seem to get the jar file to run after installed. we are interested in watching texts and such on our daughters xv6800 with this new boyfriend of hers. i pay the bill so i do have the right. or is there another way of seeing her texts and call without having to get phone away from her?
