Any solutions to D-pad issues?

Until this morning, 2.16 has been just fine for me. Yes, I've had the issues with Bluetooth randomly shutting off, but that hasn't been too bad.

But this morning I had my very first lockup, and after I reset the phone my D-pad hasn't worked since.

Has anyone come up with any solutions (besides flashing back to 2.09 which I don't have time to do right now) for this yet?

My primary problem with the 2.16 ROM is the bluetooth disconnects. What is d-pad, aka dpad? Is it the dialing pad, aka the phone dialing screen? I don't recall any problems with the "dialing pad" screen causing lock-ups. I have spent the past few weeks reading posts about the Mogul/Titan and heard people talking about the d-pad. What the heck are they talking about? I have searched for a few minutes but am none-the-wiser. No reference to d-pad or dpad or dialing pad in the user guide. Please give me a simple explanation so I can complain too! Thanks. ~Dave

the d-pad is the directional button on the phone.

Thanks ER. Kinda like "Directional Pad." I haven't got in the habit of using that much. So, it just quits working? Other selection methods continue to work but the "d-pad" does nothing? I'll try and use it more so I can experience the problem first hand! Is there a typical operation that tends to cause it to lockup? I just re-read the above posts and it seems that once it quits working, it stays broken until you do a ROM update (or maybe a hard reset)? That's not good. I don't think I want to experience that one first hand.

Wow, I've had the 2.16 ROM since it came out, I don't use bluetooth that much, but I do use the D-Pad frequently. I haven't had any such issues with it freezing or anything. That's wierd? Is there a combination of things that people are doing together that's causing this?
