Second Mogul...And so it begins

I dropped my Mogul and all of sudden I lost signal and pretty much no bars...did several hard reset and did factory reset still no good. Had to take to Sprint repair center they said we will swap out it with new one. The guy even gave me the old battery and memory card back.

Really? That's odd...you must have exceptional service in your neck of the woods...most of the AZ stores I've went to would tell you to do an insurance swap for a dropped phone.

Somehow I don't think he volunteered to them the fact that it stopped working after having dropped it. I doubt any Sprint store would be that generous.

Point taken, but I've seen some pretty stupid customers, one that dropped his phone in a "puddle" (read: toilet) comes to mind.

The sprint store here in IL its in rolling meadows, golf and Algonquin has very good customer service...

I remember my very first 6700 I had no insurance and I cracked the screen they swapped it out with new one no charge then I added insurance.
