Should i give my Mogul lasts rights?!?

Ok, i made a thread last week or so about my keyboard sucking as of late. Well, looks like my touchscreen doesn't want to work unless i slide out the KB on occasion. This includes the camera, no touch unless i slide it.

Is this a sign an upgrade is in my near future or is this software issue.

Oh, on another note, i tried to update windows and get an error code that it was unsuccessful.
