i ll give you my guess on that ,but i have never seen that flickering issue so as alot of other users so i am guessing it is a faulty phone you have ,meaning a hardware problem that wouldn't be fixed with any software update ,but this is just a wild guess "if presisted get a new phone"it is been widely discussed in other threads though

Sinn I think you just have the worse luck in the world with the mogul you should make sprint replace it with something that doesnt hate you.

AFAIK... the old rom is still on the ftp site.

it just takes too long to get the phone to my likings and i get into this stage where everybody tells me i am "obssesed with my phone" stage and u know i just wanna make sure it goes smoothly lol..

lol I can understand that. It takes a while to get situated for me as well, but having all the apps I want to install on the card really helps me.

What a BS upgrade hey.. Wow the keyboard works properly with ondemand. Simply amazing stuff. How about those Sprint Music store fixes. More amazing stuff. Clearly your average Mogul user has bought this phone to use sprint music store.. And then people wonder how CDMA got its ass kicked by GSM. Because the CDMA service providers are idiots..
