HTC Sprint Mogul No longer works

ok here is the situation..I have an HTC Mogul/Titan it worked fine ....I got a new phone and had the service switched to the new phone. Now my Mogul no longer works...obviously the phone service no longer works, but I can not use the wifi function or bluetooth.

It will not find any access points at all. I have hard reset soft reset reinstalled wm 6.1.....nothing works. Is this because teh phone is no longer active?
