Just read the thread as you will need to update the Home Plugin as the weather needs to be updated.

arcsoft is the only way I know of to get true mms on the mogul...

sorry I misunderstood you, I thought ur talking about different software for SMS/MMS
that very easy to do, go to /windows/start Menu/programs and copy SMS.lnk to /Program File/SCLPF/Main Menu then it will open SMS only

I've tried doing this but when i go to windows/start menu/programs I don't see the sms.lnk there. where else could I find it or how could i create one.

in my first post i gave details on how to create the link files....
but here goes for your sms...
1. open notepad on your pc
2. copy this text in there
20#"\Windows\messaging.exe"
3. file > save as
4. change "save as type" to All Files
5. save the file as sms.lnk
6. copy sms.lnk from your pc to Program Files/SCLPF/Main Links on the device
7. fire up the cube and watch it work

this process can be used to make any of the lnk files. just use the appropirate file name when you save and make sure it points to the program you want it to launch (this may take some digging in file explorer to find the programs you want to link to)

i followed every step from 1-7 and still no luck. what I notice when i go windows\start menu\programs i don't see a messaging .exe to link to, could that be the problem

I've followed all the directions exactly here to install this on my Mogul, and it hasn't worked. What could I be doing wrong?

I did a hard reset on my Mogul, installed only HTC Home, FlashLite 2.1, and followed all the directions. I changed the version of the .swf file in the configuration file as well. The only thing I did not do was set all of my programs to work in the .lnk files, because I figured I could do that after I had the base cube functionality.

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

EXCELLENT! Better thaa Bykas! Im keeping this one. kykas is stillcool thou. I just need the original icons. Thxs. Hopefully on day I will learn how to compile .cabs and write these progs myself. WHere would I start thou? what utilities do I need?

I found out how to edit contacts Numbers (no pictures yet) I will add the instructions to the 1st post + SMS configuration to open sms software instead of arcsoft account.
