yea the version you get from installing it from the home customizer seams to be the best out. so if you want to include it i would use that one.

If you go that route, download the copy he has on his website as its newer than the version here at ppcgeeks.

I'm using the custom version right now and it's been working great. Alot faster and smoother than before for sure. I might go back to one of the "clean" ROMS and add htc home customizer along with x-button as the custom version you can't change the color layout...at least I haven't found a way to do so or change my city/state for weather.

You can add the customizer with the current custom rom to make your changes. City and state, Icons.

Hey dcd, I am having some problems with your 1.5.0 rom (Clean or custom) where if too many applications are opened and then they are all closed, the phone experiences terrible lag. This started occuring from the 1.45 build. I've checked the running processes, cpu usage, and free memory and still didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Could this be related to the 8mb pagepool? If anyone has a solution, please post. I will go back to 1.1.5 build which worked perfectly. Thanks again for your great contribution.

yeah, I wasn't suggesting to put in SJPhone. Its not a good clean ROM then.

Thanks for the quick reply. Strange thing is, my BT is off. Any other direction you could suggest I look into?

Also, I wanted to post the list of items in my Startup folder (\Windows\Startup yes?) and it's empty as well as the Programs. That does not seem right to me. Anyway, here are the list of programs that are in my Remove Programs list but I am sure it is not complete:

codyppc wm6_threaded
HTC HTC home
TNT Task manager
PHM Registry Editor
Google Maps
Total Commander
USB Modem
Flashlight
Missing Sync
