You can look in dcd's folder, as he has it to flash to the phone.

That is just the very initial HTC screen... I am talking about the second screen. There are three parts

1. HTC Boot Screen (like BIOS screen on a PC)
2. Sprint Animation (Sprint Speed on the new ROM and Sprint/HTC on the old ROM)
3. Windows Mobile splash screen.

I need a way to add the SPrint Animated splash screen. The one in DCD's folder is the original Boot Screen.

Hey dcd...awesome ROM. I am running about 26MB free as usual. I am not sure whether Sprint will release a new ROM or not but I am keeping this one for good. Although, as my last post stated, I'm stumbled by the startup animation issue. Could you shed some light on this.

i dont use the alarm, but because of how i built dcd1.1_r3 i would bet that it does have the alarm issue. my next build will not be based on 2.09 or the alltel os and will not have the alarm issue.

dcd ,is there a way I can get MMS working again? I seemed to have nerfed it and the ROM is not fixing it, though it thinks its installed.

Problem is that Arcsoft is not being used and or it just does nothing.

Why would anyone want the startup animation? I'd be thrilled to remove it if it shortened the boot time.

Removing the startup animation will not shorten the boot time.
