Thanks for your work on custom ROMs, dcd. Have you considered replacing the crappy MS bluetooth stack with the widcomm stack? Maybe the Touch bluetooth stack, which seems to be working right?

Ok I'm having a little trouble and hope some of you guys can help me out.

I originally updated the ROM to the "new" Sprint/HTC the day it came out. After not being fond of it too much, I went back.

My 6800 is "unlocked" from the program off xda.

At the moment, everytime I try to use this ROM, the 1.4.5 or the earlier version, my screen on the phone is stuck at 0% while I also get error: 262 update error.
From what is seems, I'm sync'd up to the computer through the first step but by the time the % screen comes up on the computer, it seems that my sync is disconnected when I haven't touched anything.

Ideas?

are you sure its really unlocked? does your bootloader show 1.20-olipro?

try and put the phone in bootloader mode before running the updater.

I have no idea, probably just a bunch of dlls. It looks like No2Chem is working on it for his next ROM, so maybe you could ask him.

Hmm..well it's showing 1.10 olipro now.
Now I'm getting Error 202: Connection and it automatically disconnects me from the computer and my screen on the phone is stuck on the color screen(red/green/blue). I can reset it and my phone is back to normal but always comes back to the same screen when I try to "unlock" it now.

Weird.

1.10-olipro is a step in the unlocking process but your phone is not unlocked.
please read the stickies on how to unlock and how to flash

dcd, very nice work you have put in for this device. I noticed you have a link just for the 1.40 radio, which I believe is the most stable. My phone is stock with the 2.09 HTC ROM, after removing the 2.16 update as they have advised. My question is, just to install your 1.40 radio, do I have to unlock the phone first or can I just run the exe and it will update the radio? Thanks.

you shouldnt have to unlock for just the radio. it will hard reset your device though.
