back up assistant for gb

Ok as with many. People that I have read while searching for a soultion to my issue. It
Appears. That we need a apk file for backup. Assistant. That will work on the TB
I have only been able to find two and they don't work ......any help on the matter would be great

ok got it licked..
we don't need backup assistant.
1 log into verizon account goto backup assistant
2 select all contacts and save to your compter
3 log into gmail and import contacts
4 sync you phone
