HTC Alltel Snap (Ozone) CEDA100

Anyone have a stock RUU for the Alltel Snap? Mine is stuck in "Smart Mobility" screen, need original ROM to reflash it. Or, maybe someone has a way to fish it without. This phone has SPL-0.40, haven't been able to apply hard spl to load custom ROM. Thanks in advance for any help.
