My Mobile Is Very Slow

Hi,
I have a HTC TyTn II, my storage memeory is 100MB (free) and program memory is 64MB (FREE) in spite of this my mobile is very slow, i checked for any background runnign programs. I even restarted the devices and without any program running it is stll very slow. (Eg: tap file explorer it opens after 97 seconds) what can i do for this? any solutions?
plzz help
