Re: converting att tilt to work with boost mobile

I though boost mobile runs on the iDEN network not a GSM network.
If that is not the case you have to SimUnlock it not security unlock..

Check this out here.

Re: converting att tilt to work with boost mobile

for this particular phone, you arent going to get good answers here. you need to go over to xda developers. they cover all that stuff... including white screen.

Re: converting att tilt to work with boost mobile

Like reeg420 said. AT&T Tilt runs on GSM Network and Boost Mobile runs on IDEN so no. even though they both take sim cards you CANNOT use any AT&T phone on Boost Mobile.

They are incompatible

Re: converting att tilt to work with boost mobile

Just to confirm, they are correct.. the Tilt can NOT be used with Boost Mobile... sorry.. They use completley diffrent technologies... The Tilt can basically work with any Sim card EXCEPT Nextel or Boost Mobile (with Boost uses Nextels towers BTW).. Sorry ...

this will not work but if u had a verizon or sprint touch pro 2 u could use boost mobiles cdma side(sprint service) on them just ask ur service rep to move to cdma! boost moblie has two sides iden and cdma!! nextel is iden but the cdma is serviced by sprint under boost's name!! hope this helps
